Description

September 2007: Start of construction work for a new district within the Hafencity. Its eight hectare site is envisaged as having 1,000 people resident, 6,000 to 7,000 working and 40,000 using the leisure, shopping and cultural facilities daily. In 2011, Überseequartier should be complete, some parts already in 2009.
