Restored history

The statement of the press conference expressed: "I know that many people [...] yearn to see beauty and elegance restored once again as an antidote to so much of the ugliness and brutality of the 20th century."
That's what I think, too: It's important for tourism, but for the citizen and their history as well.

Yes, some day. I think it is a good project for the whole region because the tourism is a important sector of the rgional economy. I hope that more investors come to dresden

I think it will be a beautiful place some day! Up to now lots of tourists visit Dresden because of the Frauenkirche, and it will be much more when the Neumarkt is finished.

Description

The "Neumarkt" Dresden is the square around the reconstructed "Frauenkirche" the church of our ladies. The "Neumarkt"is in the center of the historical part of Dresden, the capital city of saxony. In the last 5 years lots of old baroque bourgeois houses around the church have been reconstructed. Today the "Neumarkt" is the largest construction site in Dresden and is developing to the most beautiful place in the town.
