Dec. 18, 2007:Bei dem neu erbaute Ikaros Business Center handelt es sich um ein multifunktionales Bürogebäude. Das Bürogebäude besteht aus zwei Baukomplexen. Dem Gebäudeteil A ( 2006) sowie dem Gebäudeteil B(2004). Die Büroflächen verteilen sich auf 5 Obergeschosse. Zudem verfügt die Immobilie über 4 Untergeschosse, die als Tiefgarage, Archiv- und Technikplätze genutzt werden. Das Bürogebäude hat ein ansprechendes Erscheinungsbild.
