Description

The Green Building at Macintosh Village sets new standards in ecological home design and is one of the most environmentally advanced residential buildings in the country. A roof-mounted wind turbine that will generate electrical power for communal areas. Solar energy for hot water generation will be harnessed using roof-mounted panels. The building is designed to achieve a 60% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to that of an average apartment building.
