... just too big
Dec. 5, 2007:In my point of view, this building is just too huge. The building costs were enormous (up to 40 % of the GNP of Romania), there is just too much space and it still costs gigantic sums to maintain the premise.

The Palace of the Parliament (Romanian: Palatul Parlamentului) in Bucharest, Romania is the world's second largest administrative building, after The Pentagon. It was one of the most lavish and expensive buildings known to mankind. Its original name was the People's House (Casa Poporului).
