The Blanchardstown regional shopping centre on the outskirts of Dublin is the largest shopping centre in Ireland as well as the biggest property in the portfolio of the Green Property Investment Fund. At the end of 2006, together with the Bank of Ireland, Eurohypo had underwritten the fund’s refinancing of € 775 million.
