In fact, when you go to the library, you are inevitably walking on its
roof. The places where you can read books are down, around the little forest in the middle of four book towers. It's a bit difficult to describe. Has anybody more pictures of the library to illustrate it?

This Library was built in honour of the French president François Mitterrand. Every French President has something built in Paris in their memory (see also Centre Pompidou). The four glass towers represent books, which are filled by ... books. Because of the damage by sunlight, protective plates were introduced behind the windows.
