Description

The Beijing's National Stadium (aka "the Bird's Nest") is bound to cause controversy – in terms of shape, material and sustainability. As the main stadium for the 2008 Olympic Games, it is going to host the opening and closing ceremony. It covers an area of 204,100 square meters and is made of gray mining steel.
