Auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen Stückfarberei, entsteht bis Herbst 2009 ein neues Einkaufszentrum. Das Projekt beinhaltet neben einem Einkaufszentrum, ein Bürokomplex, sowie ein Hotel. Das Einkaufzentrum, welches sich nach Fertigstellung auf zwei Ebenen unterteilen wird, wird neben dem Angebot zur Abdeckung von Grundbedürfnissen, Markenboutiqen sowie Beauty- Center beherbergen. Zusätzlich entsteht neben dem EKZ ein Hotel sowie auch eine Bürokomplex.

The shopping centre will be distributed on three levels above ground and the two basements will provide 1.800 parking spaces. Further 144 private parkings are located on the site area on the ground.
