Currently, many automotive companies built their own brand experience temple. It's mainly an image and representative tool to provide an individual experience to the customer and visitor. And, in most of the cases these gigantic projects really work on the market...

The Charles Hotel: Gebäudedetails

Das seid Oktober in Mitten bester Innenstadtlage von München geöffnete "The Charles Hotel" gehört zum Gesamtquartier der Lenbach Gärten, einem der ambitioniertesten Entwicklungsvorhaben in der Münchener City.

Zum Projekt der Lenbach Gärten gehört neben dem Hotelneubau unter anderem die Bürobauten, mehrere Luxus Wohngebäuden und eine Tiefgarage mit 600 Plätzen.

Das The Charles Hotel, dass der Erfolgshotelier Sir Rocco Forte nach seinem Vater benannt hat, setzt in der Münchener Fünf-Sterne-Hotellerie entsprechend neue Maßstäbe.

Von außen zeigt das 160-Zimmer-Haus, unweit des Hauptbahnhofs ganz in der Nähe des Königplatzes gelegen, eine elegante geschwungene Fassaden-front mit markantem Rundturm und französischen Balkonen.

Innen besticht der Bau durch schlichten Luxus und individuelles Design, dass, wie in allen anderen Rocco Forte Hotels, auf den Ort abgestimmt ist. So sind siebzehn Originalgemälde von Franz von Lenbach im Hotel zu sehen.

Die Eurohypo AG Niederlassung München hat das Bauvorhaben des Gesamtareals als Lead Arranger und Agent begleitet.

Critics in Germany (for example FAZ, 20.10.2007) say: This "crystalline curl" laps the glass VW manufacture in Dresden as well as the hermetic Mercedes spiral in Stuttgart. What do you think?

A part of the premises is allredy developed mostly by Eurytos and KLAUS Wohnbau GmbH. The Prime Location is used to built more than 400 high class Apartments. The Developement close to Munich is financed by Eurohypo AG.
