Well, I imagine that this rotating element is not very flexible in reality. Perhaps the residents want to use two sections of it at the same time and as far as I understood there is just one section which can be used at a time. Am I wrong? Is it designed for only one person? Is there already a price for that building?

The atmosphere in that stadium is just great. Sitting in the upper sections enables you to have a great view on the whole arena; I really recommend to go there and have a look, especially enjoying a game.

This building is an interesting project combining eco-friendly energy concepts and technologies with great design and modern and dynamic looks. By rotating a building or building sections the user is able to improve the energy production or just to have a better view on the surrounding landscape. Great house!

Originally built for being used as a hotel complex, it still offers a luxury flair to the residents. There are about 15 penthouses with a terrace system. Nice one...
