About me
I am architect-in-training at Helix/Architecture + Design in Kansas City, MO where I am involved in many aspects of architectural design and documentation from initial project planning to construction administration services. My project experience consists of adaptive reuse projects in the urban core of Kansas City, Missouri, including the renovation of four buildings on the national register of historic places.
I graduated from Kansas State University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Architecture and in the fall of 2004 studied art and architecture in Castiglion Fiorentino, Italy traveling extensively through southern Europe studying architecture and urban design. In 2005 I was a member of a 14 person studio under Japanese architect Hiroshi Hara studying high rise development in Toyosu Bay, Tokyo. While at Kansas State I served as the co-editor of Oz, The Journal of the College of Architecture Planning and Design and was a delegate for the SOM Traveling Fellowship.
