How green your building is will affect its future asset value. Green negotiations are quickly impacting commercial real estate's asset value. Energybenchmarketing is a Scoring system from 1- 100 that determines the green performance of a building. Now is the time to implement improvements and reposition existing buildings on the market. Green negotiations is becoming a deal-closer or a deal-breaker. Scoring your building with energybenchmarketing is not only a good idea, it's mandatory. In California, a Mandatory Disclosure of performance Score will be in effect as of January 1, 2010 to tenants, buyers and lenders.
