Some of you may wonder why they are able to log-in but aren’t able to build or comment on urban items. Reason why: you did not confirm the link in your validation e-mail, so your e-mail address is not verified. Until then you have a guest status with limited rights. We admit that the three links figuring in the message are a bit confusing and we are working on changing this validation e-mail as soon as possible.

For all those, who so far received the confirmation e-mail and did not click the second link (the one with a lot of numbers :-) ), please do so, if you would like to build urban items, comment on others, invite friends and enlarge your network.

For all those who cannot find the e-mail you have several options:
• It could be caught in your spam filter.
• If you still cannot find a message from ourbania, please log-in on http://www.ourbania.com with your username and password. Go to My Profile, click "Edit Profile", then click “Re-send registration link”.
• If it still does not work or you forgot your password, please send us a message via the feedback form http://www.ourbania.com/contact with your request and username and we will confirm your account manually.
